HORRIBLE DELTA CALGARY SOUTH NIGHTMARE

February 24th around midnight I went to the Delta Bonaventure Lounge with my husband to play some VLT machines as we always do three times a week.

Around 1:15 AM, my husband went outside to have a cigarette, when he came back in he was stopped by the duty manager of the tower lobby, Marianne, an elderly lady.

She shows my husband a photo copy of an escort ad with pictures from the internet and telling him that she is me and accsuing me of writing the name of the Delta hotel in that particular ad.

My husband asked me what that was all about and I got very upset. I went to see Marianne and ask what was going on.

Being accused of being an escort is not something one takes lightly and I denied being the girl in the ad. I was mad at her for accusing me and showing my husband photos of a naked girl. 

She persited it was me and I became more and more upset and she threatened to call the security and police and told me to leave the hotel after my husband and I spent hundreds of dollars that night.

I went back to the VLT and played my last dollars and then I get into an argument with my husband becasuse I did not want to leave right away. I was crying and upset about the whole situation.

I am here writing this letter, still upset, wondering what I did wrong.

I am a very good customer at the Delta and Marriott, spending a lot of money at the VLT machines and staying all over the world although I never stayed in this one as we live a few blocks away.

They threw me out and now I have a very bad taste in my mouth about Delta South Calgary.

I feel totally numb and feel mistreated, accused of being something I am not.

WARNING DELTA HOTEL IN CALGARY!!

One of the worst hotels in Deep South Calgary has the most ignorant And unproffessionol night duty manager u Will ever encounter, her name is Marian a mid sixties elderly woman. A woman I believe is in the first stages of insanity or dimentia.
It's been about three days now that I had my encounter at this Calgary South Hotel 20 minutes from downtown (Delta South Hotel Tower Lobby) Gm Keven Suppowki, located at 135 Southland Drive southeast. I have been upset and very confused of. Why I was emotionally abused and humiliated by the night duty manager patron at 1.05 am Friday February 24 2017 theres a few reasons Why i am on a networking negatieve exposure campaign for this establishment to be exposed of wrong doing,
Im not going to have myself feel guilty of sonething I have not done.
I want people to know what is happening in this hotel from my knowledge of being There 3 days a week for the past 5 years.
First of all u have the tower front desk Staff One in particular is derranged insane Old duty manager a  female that is horribily disturbed in many ways Marian.
A lonely cigarette addicted nasty dirty duty manager she is unproffessional And by far the most rude Person I have ever met, this Woman is a thief, liar And running sn escort ring onthechte Delta Hotel
I'm contacting Martiot officials and general managers to have this person fired or disciplined and changed,,,
